How will you add to the OpenPayd journey?

  • You will be driving the revenue growth through existing and new customers within core verticals such as: digital assets, FX, financial institutions, marketplaces, lending and newly developed verticals
  • You will work closely with executive leadership, product strategy, growth and marketing teams to develop and manage sales strategy
  • You will lead and grow the exiting sales team to success & further grow the sales’ team headcount
  • You will support the team during the sales process and lead the sales cycle for the biggest prospects when necessary
  • You will take a lead on enterprise level sales

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • You have min. 10-15 year’s experience of enterprise sales
  • You have led the team to tremendous success in the past and have experience od scaling the teams and the business
  • You are a natural leader, self-starter, fast learner with a can-do personality
  • You are able to lead the sales team with integrity and be the champion of our values through your leadership style
  • You understand the banking needs of the digital economy and are familiar with the industries such as: Digital Assets, FX, Marketplaces, Financial Institutions
  • You are lateral thinker and are able to quickly adapt the product knowledge
  • You understand the space of virtual ibans, banking as-a-service, embedded finance
  • You place high value upon positive business relationships and through your attitude and personality contribute to building positive company culture
  • You understand regulatory requirements and are able to work well across tech/legal/product and other relevant department
