At TrueLayer we’re going big. Really big. And we need a big thinking marketing designer to come show the world about just how big big is. Working in our Creative Execution team, you’ll straddle brand and marketing — working on big creative that will turn heads to TrueLayer and get people talking.

Who are you? You’re a details person. A brand guardian. Someone who can turn the complexities of financial infrastructure into visual masterpieces in a multitude of mediums. You’re tech-savvy. An experimenter. A standard-setter. Solo artist? Certainly not. Collaborative big thinker that likes to talk big ideas with all sorts of stakeholders? Absolutely yes.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with brand and motion designers, content strategists, copywriters (the list goes on…) to define problems and goals, test ideas and craft deliverables
  • Transform even the most basic briefs into visual feasts
  • Produce a broad range of marketing collaterals spanning digital and print
  • Own motion projects and create assets that are highly creative and technically flawless
  • Improve our design system by challenging our visual guidelines and principles
  • Actively contribute to our growing and passionate design community

Qualifications:

  • A link to an online portfolio
  • Strong skills in graphic design, brand design, typography and layout
  • Experience with digital illustration
  • Strong sense of design principles, storytelling and attention to detail
  • Diverse experience delivering creative collaterals for the digital and physical world
  • Experience using design systems and following brand guidelines
  • Ability to assess a brief, manage deadlines and prioritise
  • Experience with project management and communication tools
  • Strong understanding of how to design for scale with templating

We’ll be particularly excited if you can show:

  • Experience in a creative agency or in-house marketing department
  • Experience with data visualisation
  • Experience, interest or understanding of motion design
