THE TEAM

Form3's Customer Success team focus on developing long-term relationships with our clients globally. Working with clients including Tier 1 banks, Fintechs and Payment Service Providers, our customer success teams work both regionally and collaboratively across our three core markets; the UK, Europe and the US. The Customer Success team works in partnership with our Marketing team, A fast growing function at the centre of the company’s expansion tasked with driving brand awareness, demand generation and customer growth.

As Account Director you will play a key role in the growth of the new US Customer Success team as Form3 brings its brand into the market. And whilst the team works remotely, we thrive on sharing our experience to help benefit all our customers. Your industry expertise will bolster the wider Customer Success team across all our markets.

THE ROLE

The Enterprise Account Director, US Market, is primarily responsible for cultivating and managing a small number of Tier 1 banking financial institutions. By understanding prospective client requirements and matching these to the Form3 technology solution you will be able to establish new client relationships and progress them from the initial outreach stage through live service. You will leverage your professional network and work collaboratively with the New Account Development team and Product Sales Specialists to identify and progress opportunities, as well as working with external partners to deliver joint propositions.

As Form3 grows in the US and North America, you will help define and build the local Customer Success team to ensure the continued high standard of customer engagement across the client base. The role will focus on a small number of clients which represent significant revenue opportunity for Form3 and will be underpinned by a strong relationship management capability through the entire customer lifecycle.

The Account Director will be focused on maximising the revenue opportunity and commercial success of their accounts while being a visible spokesperson for Form3 in the US market.

The successful candidate will:

  • Build and foster long term customer relationships across the Tier1 US Banking market
  • Develop and nurture relationships with prospects and customers from the initial call through to their running live services, supporting all ongoing activities through the customer lifecycle (contract renewals, assurance, etc.).
  • Act as the customer advocate into Form3 for delivery of functionality and quality of service.
  • Drive market communications, sales campaigns and promote company news across social media channels.
  • Play a key role in product discussions, working with the Form3 product team and other members of the Customer Success team, to contribute to our in-market capabilities.
  • Represent Form3 at industry events.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills both internally and with senior customer executives.
  • A strong Industry Network.
  • Work with Head of Customer Success, US and the Form3 Talent Team on expanding the local Customer Success team, in-line with both the budget and sales targets.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an experienced Account Director from the payments and/or technology space who has experience selling complex solutions to large banks and financial institutions.

  • 10+ years’ experience in Customer Success / Sales / Business Development in the Financial Services Industry
  • Strong sales track record, proven history of achieving new business sales goals in Payments/Technology
  • Worked in enterprise product sales, with long and complex sales cycles across multiple stakeholders
  • An exceptional network/market presence within the Banking/Financial Services market across the US
  • Strong networking experience, in particular representing businesses at Events/Speaking panels
