We are looking for an ambitious Head of People who can help shape V7 during hypergrowth to develop our People strategy. This hire will responsible for helping us build and support an exceptional group of people with a mix of remote and onsite you will need to build a people team that can scale and support the company as it grows, ensuring that all staff understand how people decisions get made. The People team will partner with all areas of the company to help our team build and support their respective business areas. This will involve, ensuring our processes, systems, coaching team leadership, ensuring our compensation & benefits are industry leading to attract & retain top talent and managing programs that help develop staff.
Responsibilities:
Strategic understanding and operational delivery of people agendas and best in class practices covering attraction, recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, talent management and organisational change and development including culture and development
To implement a HRIS and other People tools necessary
Ensure People policies evolve to support the business through its growth
Significant experience of leading organisations, senior managers and teams through organisational change driving a performance culture and developing high performing leaders, employees and teams
Be a cultural ambassador for the business, championing company values
Ensuring V7 is setup for success from a people and policy perspective during a phase of hyper growth
About you:
You will have strong communication skills and the ability to adapt your style to your audience
You have demonstrable experience of building and evolving People Operations practices and processes
Experience in managing the People Strategy for a scaling tech company
Hands on and not afraid to get stuck in
Appreciates the challenges of hiring and retaining top talent and ways to mitigate this
