Some of the responsibilities you will tackle are:
Work alongside the Head of Marketing to drive acquisition at V7.
Build and grow a robust paid media experimentation approach across creative and landing page optimisation to help grow ROI.
Drive TOFU leads through outbound paid social, ads, display, PR and influencer marketing activities.
Work with paid social and display channels to close the loop with potential prospects in account-based marketing sprints.
Manage new media partnerships end-to-end to drive measurable growth.
Ownership of paid channels.
Lead A/B testing of experiments including the evaluation and recommendations as appropriate.
Track and optimise search and social campaigns to core metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, and CAC amongst others.
Develop new and thought-leading ideas for user acquisition via other paid and organic channels.
Together with the Head of Marketing, plan, be accountable for, and implement the paid budget and constantly monitor and optimise between channels.
Set up a scalable outreach system for SDRs to leverage and generate lists.
Requirements
Previous experience as a growth marketer or similar
An attraction to micromanagement automation so you can focus on macro
Excellent writing skills for succinct messaging
An aversion to technical debt
