Job Description

THE ROLE

Being part of the Farfetch Platform Solutions (FPS) Team, you will promote product strategy and definition by translating customer needs into business and product requirements to ensure FPS delivering to customers the best personalised luxury experience.

As a Platform Product Manager, reporting to the Lead Product Manager, you will work with several product areas of platform (from Product to Supply or Finance) in order to design the best in-class platform solutions, driving innovation through end-to-end solutions and specialised channels and services, fostering platform scalability.

What you'll do

  • Lead discovery phases analysis by exploring cross functional problems, joining requirements and its analysis, always with platform scalability in mind
  • Champion the needs of luxury fashion brands and business teams on a continuous roadmap definition, ensure that what is delivered meets the original goals
  • Define and drive platform strategy and roadmap. Partner with the business product managers to develop a vision, strategy and prioritized feature backlog for digital product(s)/platform
  • Evangelize long-term strategy to the development teams, the product and business teams and the broader organization
  • Be the conscience and ambassador of the Platform, continuously looking at solutions from an end-user's perspective; driving the complete experience, to best outcome possible for the end-user

Who you are

  • Experienced in a product management or similar role
  • Passionate about developing customer-centric products and solving complex problems that impact multiple teams
  • Experienced in working with cross-functional teams during the entire lifecycle of product development - pre-impact analysis, deployment and post-deployment activities, and maintaining product roadmaps
  • Technology enthusiast, dynamic with an orientation to detail
  • Ability to assimilate, sort through and aggregate complex information quickly and effectively
  • Active listener, with a good interaction with teammates and partners
