THE TEAM

Form3's Customer Success team focus on developing long-term relationships with our clients globally. Working with clients including Tier 1 banks, Fintechs and Payment Service Providers, our customer success teams work both regionally and collaboratively across our three core markets; the UK, Europe and the US. With Account Directors managing key relationships alongside Product Sales Specialists driving product adoption, we continue to scale across all markets.

Joining Form3 as an Account Manager, you will form part of our European Customer Success team focused on enterprise clients. Whilst Form3 are a remote-friendly business, we thrive on sharing our experience to help benefit all of our customers which may mean we decide to meet in London from time-to-time.

THE ROLE

The EU Customer Success team lead our sales engagement with tier-1 banks and large financial institutions headquartered in Europe. Working in an experienced team of Sales/Account Directors, this is an excellent opportunity to partner and learn from some of the best payments and banking SMEs on the market. If successful, you will have the opportunity to contribute to and manage a variety of duties, some of which are detailed below:

  • Identify sales opportunities and develop the approach/calling plans for existing and prospect clients
  • Manage pipeline of opportunities, analysing and updating key revenue and pipeline data in order to deliver monthly reports to senior management
  • Work on compelling financial and market analysis to support proposals for new business
  • Ad hoc project work and analysis
  • Ensure clients are receiving the required support post contract
  • Organising client forums and hospitality events
  • Remain intellectually curious in terms of innovative payments technology and industry trends and keeping abreast of the evolving regulatory environment

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for an ambitious and versatile Account Manager, ideally with 1-3 years' experience in commercial/sales support roles. Preferably, we’d like candidates to demonstrate experience and/or an interest in the Payment, Transaction Banking or Cash Management arena.

  • Commercial/Sales support with experience in Payments/Transaction Banking/Cash Management
  • Demonstrated track record of collaboration (internally and externally)
  • Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills across different seniority levels and businesses
  • Organized and disciplined with the ability to handle multiple priorities and to act with own initiative
  • Demonstrated ability to work across cultures with internal teams and external clients
  • Ambitious, driven and a "can-do" attitude with focus on delivery and execution
  • Keen eye for detail, meticulous in approach and a strong communicator
  • Strong sense of personal accountability and ownership for everything we do for our clients, including ensuring we always do the right thing
  • Ability to work under pressure to tight timeframes and on own initiative, prioritizing accordingly
  • Excellent Power Point and Excel skills
  • Fluency in English and ideally another European language
