Who we are
We are a high-growth FinTech start-up using data and machine learning to revolutionize the insurance industry. You will be joining a strong and mission driven team, working to build a customer facing product that fundamentally changes the way insurers process risk, enabling them to move from highly manual workflows, to digital risk flows.
The role
Our product drastically improves the working lives of our users, enables our customers to cover more risks, more competitively, and unlocks innovation. One way it does this is by putting all (and only) relevant information in front of the right person at the right time to help them make the right decision quickly - this is where you come in.
What you will be doing
You’ll work with clients to understand the data that they need, proactively research proprietary and publicly available data sources to meet those needs, and then evaluate, clean and analyse what you find to make that data as valuable as possible.
Requirements
What we look for
- A curious, proactive and creative approach to problem solving
- 1-2 years of experience working with publicly available data sources
- Exceptional communication skills

- Insurance knowledge and experience
- Experience in Python and related data analysis tools/libraries

Location
This role is fully remote, and can be performed anywhere within the UK or the EU. We are unfortunately unable to consider any candidates outside of the UK or EU.
