About the Role
We are looking for a community manager to help build our community of users prior to the product launch. This is an internship and is open to everyone, even if you are currently in school! It is a pivotal role where you'll execute the first phase of our go-to-market strategy to take us from 0 → 1. We offer an open playground for you to develop our brand's personality and create energy through social media and community content. This will be an incredible opportunity for growth and ownership where you'll help us achieve widespread cultural impact.
What You'll Be Doing
As a community manager, you will work with the founders and designers to develop a community of superfans for our brand. A few of the initial challenges you'll tackle are:
Creating engaging content for social media (IG, TikTok, Twitter)
Building and managing our Discord community from scratch
Copywriting for our landing page and social posts
Whether it's interacting with users, researching other communities to share our product with, or designing epic marketing campaigns to win the hearts of the Gen-Z audience, there will always be exciting projects to do.
What We're Looking For
Up to date and in the know with cultural events and trends (brands, creators, key figures, shows, releases, editorials, etc.)
Ability to execute projects at a crazy pace with utmost quality
Experience creating social content (IG, FB, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat)
Track record of building and managing external communities on Discord and/or Reddit
1+ years of experience (incl. internships, side projects, etc.)
Bonus: passionate about internet culture around fashion, gaming, and entertainment
