The role

Our Project Manager will be responsible for managing & running a series of global conferences with a Key Strategic Client throughout 2022. Working very closely with the Senior Project Manager they will help in supporting the high level of service delivery required for these events. The Project Manager will play a vital role in helping the Professional Services team deliver custom client projects to the highest standard. They will be crucial in helping guarantee a smooth project delivery that meets all requirements. As responsibilities grow they would be expected to run some projects & client responsibilities on their own.


  • Overseeing & managing our 2022 Key Client Events
  • Ensure event travel arrangements are made for the team onsite at these events
  • Work closely with internal and external development teams, ensuring build and testing of new products are tested and delivered on time
  • Scheduling & managing meetings with clients & internal teams
  • Ensure meeting notes are captured & kept up to date
  • Monitor project progress & provide updates to wider team members
  • Report project progress results
  • Help SPM maintain project documentation & document templates to a high standard
  • Help maintain Asana project boards and tasks
  • Champion strategic and efficient ways of working throughout and across wider teams

Required Skills

  • Self motivated, strong team player
  • Eye for detail including willingness to interrogate and define briefs & test project builds
  • Effective & confident communications skills to work closely with clients and the internal teams
  • Client facing experience, delivering plans with confidence and clarity and running meetings independently
  • Good understanding and knowledge of the digital project phases
  • Strong communication, and great written skills
  • Must be confident with GSuite workspace software
  • Able to share examples of managing complex projects from start to finish
  • Knowledge of events industry and best practices
  • Experience in the events industry
  • Proven record of managing the end to end of a project cycle
  • Proven experience at juggling multiple projects at one time
  • Experience in written project documentation including: project briefs & scopes of work
  • Show experience working with large budgets and timelines
  • Experience working with design & development teams

Bonus Skills

  • SaaS experience
  • Agile methodology knowledge / project experience
  • Knowledge using project management tools such as: Asana, Github, Harvest
