THE ROLE

Reporting to the Head of Beauty, you will be the link between Commercial Planning and Marketing team to co-ordinate marketing content planning and supply tracking. You will work with Brand Partners to understand their product calendar and A+ launches and with Marketing to understand our content strategy and franchises. You will facilitate communication and key workflows between Commercial and Marketing teams to increase the messaging and visibility of commercial priorities across marketing channels. You will blend performance-based insights on customer demand and trends with a view of incoming supply to uncover opportunities that drive our beauty authority and deliver growth. With the Head of Beauty, you will represent commercial interests in all interactions with Marketing teams and, similarly, act as the key contact on all marketing activations for the Commercial Beauty Team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • You will demonstrate full awareness of luxury beauty brands and seasonal trends and their relevance to the Farfetch proposition to influence marketing content planning
  • You will partner with the team across Beauty to gather their in-depth knowledge on key trends, brands and categories
  • You will brief in upcoming emails, homepage and meganav updates and marketing activations to the Commercial Beauty Team
  • You will help improve our view of supply by partnering with our key brands to gather information on NPD, track products included in marketing campaigns and feed this information across teams to support commercial and marketing goals
  • You will partner with other Commercial teams to identify opportunities to maximise performance for our seasonal priority brands
  • You will bring innovative ideas and suggestions for content planning and homepage updates using your in-depth knowledge of beauty trends and brand performance
  • You will help improve and design clear procedures for managing the flow of information between the Commercial Beauty Team, Marketing teams and the wider Commercial team
  • You will take direction and partner with the Head of Beauty to deliver and lead projects

WHO YOU ARE

  • Experienced project manager with an Ecommerce background (preferably)
  • Comfortable working with multiple teams across the business and aligning teams towards a common goal to drive fashion authority and commercial performance
  • Demonstrate full awareness of the beauty industry, including key brands and competitors
  • Understand Marketing channels, including their functions and planning processes
  • Experience using analytical insight to make balanced decisions that blend forward-looking trends and commercial KPIs
  • Passionate about improving efficiencies and processes to constantly evolve how we work with other teams across the business
