ECOMMERCE

We're enhancing customer experiences across our digital touchpoints including our website, app, and email. Our team are experts in eCommerce improving customer experiences and brand presence whilst driving engagement and sales growth across our digital channels. Our teams include performance marketing, data analytics, CRM, organic search and optimization, design and studio creative.

LONDON

Our London Head Office is based in Old Street, London's tech hub, and is home to a broad range of teams including Ecommerce, Tech & Product, Brand Engagement, Buying, Merchandising and People more. Our open plan space is ideal for collaborative working and sharing ideals, or you can enjoy some quiet time in our dedicated library. We also have a large outdoor terrace which is the perfect spot to have a team lunch or host events.

THE ROLE

The CRM Coordinator will report into the CRM Manager in delivering retention, loyalty and acquisition across the business, and overseeing multiple marketing channels (email, push, direct mail, referral, inserts). The CRM Coordinator will manage the delivery of the email and app push channels to hit forecasted revenue, and for supporting the CRM Team in the development of other CRM activities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • You will plan and execute our weekly customer contact communications (email and app push), with full end-to-end ownership of the process working across all key departments (concept and planning, design briefing, testing, scheduling campaigns using the campaign management tool, and reporting).
  • You will manage the email and app calendar and testing plan, developing creative, personalised and targeted campaigns in collaboration with the creative and brand teams, researching (including competitor reviews) and recommending new opportunities.
  • You will ensure timely scheduling of all campaigns, running a thorough and accurate QA process.
  • You will monitor deliverability and database growth to identify opportunities for optimisation.
  • You will create and analyse weekly performance reports - communicating actionable insights clearly and concisely to partners.
  • You will be responsible for using our in-house promo tool to support key promotional campaigns
  • You will support the CRM Manager to achieve broader CRM programmes (e.g lifecycle, triggers, NPS, recommend a friend, print campaigns) and the PO process.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have prior CRM experience working in a CRM and Email marketing team.
  • You have experience using Responsys or other ESPs.
  • You are organised and can prioritize tasks.
  • You have experience using CRM tools and want to learn new technologies.
  • You are analytical and data-driven.
  • You are a great communicator.
