Job Description

Threads Styling is at a really exciting time of transformation in our business and we are now very excited to announce the expansion of Threads Live shopping! We will be building a dedicated team outside of Marketing, who will be creating, launching and operating a continuous Live shopping channel for Threads with the aim of bringing a different level of conversation and service to our clients as we continue to innovate and evolve our social commerce model through creating highly inspirational content to drive customer engagement and sales within our community.

We are now looking for an experienced Director to lead the business unit in executing daily Instagram Live content. You will have full ownership of the P&L and have a proven track record of leading teams to create LIVE video content specifically for social media and a clear vision for customer success.. You will be passionate about building and leading teams that drive revenue, customer engagement, adoption, retention, growth, and overall success through creating highly engaging social moments for the Threads community to tune into across multiple social accounts and cross platform events.

This is an incredible opportunity and you should be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of social media platforms and live streaming, be expert in managing multiple priorities and projects and working with a variety of stakeholders and have excellent organisational and communication skills, a keen eye for design, a passion for social media, and a deep interest in luxury fashion, designers, trends and industry knowledge.
