TrueLayer’s Talent Acquisition team’s main mission is to help the company grow and scale. They help identify, attract, and select the very best talent in the market. Having doubled in size last year we’re looking to continue our expansion and the Talent team is at the heart of these efforts.
We are now looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Partner to support hiring for our Operational and Commercial side of the business. You will be collaborating with stakeholders across the teams to understand the current and future business requirements, crafting innovative hiring strategies, and executing them efficiently to ensure key hires are sourced, hired and on-boarded with the greatest care and attention.
TrueLayer’s success relies on identifying, attracting and retaining the best talent and our Talent Acquisition Partner will have an opportunity to directly impact this. We’ll provide you with the tools and freedom to launch ambitious and creative strategies to build and engage with pools of talent for current and future hiring needs.

Requirements
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will:
- Own the hiring process and manage the full 360 lifecycle of recruitment for the Commercial and Operations teams at TrueLayer;
- Work collaboratively with hiring managers to shape job specifications and strategies for the wider team
- Champion the candidate experience - we want everyone that enters the process with TrueLayer (especially unsuccessful candidates) to have a great experience that they can tell their friends about;
- Have the opportunity to be involved in projects including D&I and recruitment branding initiatives
- Use data to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, set valuable and insightful KPIs and always optimise our processes to ensure the scalability of TrueLayer’s hiring ambitions.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Talent Acquisition experience - ideally within an In-House team;
- Has impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Can speak with credibility to a wide variety of candidates, and likes to assess the strengths of a candidate in conversation, not a CV;
- Can authentically and passionately convey TrueLayer’s culture and technical challenges, and get candidates excited about the prospect of working at TrueLayer;
- Has a track record of sourcing/headhunting candidates in diverse channels (i.e. Not just LinkedIn);
- Is able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines;
