Job Description

When you join us, you’ll own these activities

• Supporting Product Owners and Project Managers in driving the end-to-end delivery of product features and client projects.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders of various levels and technical abilities.
• Act as a vessel to bridge the gap between business and engineering to understand what the problems are ensuring value focus and success measures.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews to elicit requirements and gain an understanding of needs, gaps and dependencies.
• Collaborate in root cause analysis and problem-solving.
• Support the Product Owner in achieving the product strategy roadmap through incremental delivery against the MVP, ensuring the right thing is being built for the right reason.
• Support the development engineering team with the information needed to understand and refine product and project changes into technical requirements.
• Assess impacts & dependencies of product changes to the core features and client environments.
• Manage development team backlog according to product roadmap priorities.
• Drive continuous improvement in all processes while considering company goals and objectives.
• Facilitate and manage feature development through problem-solving, user and stakeholder interviews, requirements elicitation and analysis.
• Support product owners in competitor and Market research.
• Build and manage stakeholder relationships across Engineering, Product Owners, Solution Architects, Support, Project Managers and external clients.
• Find waste in processes, products and systems in order to drive operational efficiencies.
