THE TEAM

Our amazing People Team consists of passionate, caring and dedicated individuals whose responsibility is to ensure all is running smoothly at Form3 whilst we continue to scale. We’re looking to add a dynamic Senior People Associate to work directly alongside our People Lead and the rest of the team.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

As Form3 continues to grow, we are looking to add a Senior People Associate with a passion for Learning & Development. We’re looking for a candidate with a few of years of experience looking to join a fun and forward-thinking Fintech.

THE ROLE

The People Associate is responsible for coordinating and executing several processes across all areas of HR. This role supports the team through an efficient and effective management of systems, data and processes and proactively identifies initiatives that can enable business performance and engagement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define a process to identify the gap between today's skills and the skills needed in the future at Form3
  • Develop and influence strategies for implementing programs that support ongoing skill and capability development
  • Source, develop, and maintain engaging and innovative content for our L&D platform that helps our employees reach their potential
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Support leadership development and help us meet our objective to ensure each employee has a great manager
  • Select and acquire as well as design and deliver content that facilitates employee growth and development in alignment with our company values
  • Support the ongoing development, refinement, and activation of our Career Progression Frameworks
