That is why we are looking for a forward-thinking Solutions Sales Manager, with a real people focus, to accelerate the expansion of our Technology Solutions Team and support our growing business. We are looking for our future boxxer to have experience and passion for supporting, motivating, and developing people.

Your Mission

The solutions sales team are key to the success of our Technology Solutions Group, you will be working with a team that is skilled in a wide array of fields including Microsoft, Software Solutions, Security and Managed Services. You will help the team to execute the boxxe strategy and will act as the first point of escalation for your team, supporting their training and development within boxxe. As a senior member of the wider function, you will use the insights from your team to help to shape the direction of Technology Solutions.

How you’ll fit in to the big picture

Our solutions sellers work alongside our account managers and are responsible for driving Managed Services, Consultancy and Software sales. These areas are core to boxxe’s strategy and make up a significant part of our revenue. Managing the solutions sales team, as a part of the wider Technology Solutions group you will be part of a diverse team of subject matter experts, including Solutions Sales, Operations, Architecture, Bids & Tenders. You will help to shape boxxe as a business, in a team that is at the forefront of boxxe’s continuing growth.

What you’ll be doing

  • Execute on the short, medium and long-term goals for the evolution of our solutions sales team matched to the vision of boxxe.
  • Use data to determine the best approach in driving success from our sales strategy.
  • Supporting the team in their day-to-day roles and being the first point of escalation.
  • Providing Input into department structure, processes, and system developments.
  • Helping the team with their development plans including plotting their progression within boxxe, aligned with the wider boxxe vision.
  • Organising training to ensure the team is equipped with the internal and external knowledge to be effective.
  • Working with the team on proactive initiatives alongside the relevant sales teams.
  • Collating and managing the team forecast sharing data with other stakeholders.

What experience we think you’ll need

  • A strong understanding of overlay sales, our customers and the challenges they face.
  • A strong understanding of how Technology Solutions and Services can provide a successful outcome to our customers challenges.
  • Experience working with people in close situations, leading and motivating them.
