Take a look and see if what we need sounds like you.**Whilst we can offer flexible/hybrid working we would like this person to be commutable to London for regular office visits** We are looking for a Senior Delivery Lead to support our multiple departments with the successful delivery of key internal initiatives and projects. You will be supporting the implementation of our Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) framework to enable future growth and successful measurement and prioritisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • running OKR setting workshops
  • supporting the regular Team OKR confidence check-in sessions
  • delivery management - project assistance, providing delivery skills for specific initiatives
  • implementing a reporting framework to support the OKRs and associated key initiatives (those that are strategically important)
  • maintaining the status reporting cadence (i.e. weekly report, Exec & Leadership Team sessions etc.)
  • risk and issue tracking
  • view of the dependencies between initiatives
  • improving governance processes
  • neutral facilitation of workshops and retrospectives
  • providing transparency on decisions, statues, risks and issues etc.
  • promoting collaborative working
  • defining metrics to measure success and tracking these measures

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

  • 5+ years of successful delivery of technology or business projects
  • extensive “hands-on” delivery experience using different methods i.e. Agile, waterfall etc.
  • Scrum and Kanban techniques and understanding where best to use them
  • understanding of Objectives and Key Results – setting them and their ongoing confidence tracking
  • excellent written and verbal communicator
  • ability to work across multiple areas and levels
  • ability to facilitate workshops and retrospectives
  • ability to define prioritisation criteria and explain reasoning
  • coaching and mentoring techniques
  • project management experience
  • innovative and creative thinking
  • display a methodical approach with attention to detail, be able to quickly assess and act on changing priorities
