Operations Manager- Product Development

Job Description

We are looking for an extremely efficient Operations Manager to join our growing Product Development Operations team. The Product Development Operations team is responsible for navigating the complex landscape of open banking worldwide for our Product Development Teams and ensuring we are able to operationalise and optimise a fast scaling Product Development lead organisation.

As an Operations Manager your main focus will be improving the productivity and delivery of the product development teams. We’re looking for someone who will get stuck-in and seek out inefficiencies in the product development organisation with a keen mind on how to improve and streamline. This role will be pivotal to the success of scaling our rapidly growing teams.

As our Operations Manager in Product Development, you will:

• build and optimise processes to support the development and global scalability of our product and engineering teams
• ensure seamless communication flows between product developments teams and other departments
• work with legal, security and business operations to ensure that the product teams have access to the appropriate tools and licenses
• design and implement operational overhead processes for new products
• assist in completing product quality audits

Requirements

What we need from you:

• has at least 3 years of relevant work experience in an operational or project management role
• is process driven, organised and resourceful
• enjoys tinkering with tools and programs to optimise their usage
• is analytical with an attention to detail
• is comfortable working in a new, open area and being creative with how to approach it
• is highly collaborative

Nice to haves:

• experience in a tech company
• knowledge of any of German, Italian, Spanish, French, or other European languages
• has experience with Zapier, Webflow or AirTable
