The role:

We’re scaling fast here at Paddle and with plans to double in size (again) we have an opportunity for a new senior talent partner to join us and own hiring across Marketing and Operations 🚀.

We’re looking for an established recruiter ideally from a scaling tech/product led business to help us achieve this ambitious hiring plan. Working in collaboration with the wider team you’ll build out high quality, diverse pipelines for live roles, plan for the future, test and learn tools and techniques, and help to impact our employer brand and D,E&I goals.

The role comes with a huge amount autonomy, investment, line management and lots of opportunities to grow as we scale across the globe. We’re looking for someone tenacious, highly credible with a terrific sense of humour to boot!

What you'll do:

  • Find exceptional commercial talent for our live vacancies
  • Build strong partnerships with senior stakeholders and hiring managers
  • Create healthy candidate pipelines for future proofing
  • Act as a consultant to the hiring teams on all things process and improve interview capability
  • Support strategic TA projects
  • Create an exceptional experience for candidates
  • Manage and support more junior members of the team

We'd love to hear from you if you are:

  • An established commercial recruiter fully versed in full-cycle recruitment (creative sourcing strategies, interviewing, stakeholder management, negotiation etc)
  • Proven experience managing Marketing and/or Ops roles (Market / Rev ops/People/Talent/Finance/Risk/Support) in-house
  • A brilliant relationship builder - open and honest you are comfortable giving and receiving feedback and love to collaborate
  • You’re not afraid to take on challenges and have a solution mindset
  • You're data driven and use it to influence and inform
  • You love working in teams and collaborating
