YOU will be working closely with the Sales Talent Acquisition Specialist providing support for our ambitious growth plans in our epic Sales and Customer Team departments (New Business B2B Sales, SDR’s, Commercial Partnerships, Solutions Consultant, Customer Success Managers etc).

YOU will be shown the ropes and mentored on how to source and hire only the very BEST candidates for our expanding business, whilst providing an incredible candidate journey!

The details...

  • Work with the Sales Talent Acquisition Specialist within the Talent team on Sales and Customer Team hires
  • Achieve a minimum of 80% direct hiring on any requirements across Sales and Customer Team
  • Continually refresh our job descriptions to keep them up to date and ensure we are moving candidates along the process
  • Carry out initial screening calls with candidates to ensure they are aligned with both the role and the Currencycloud values - which we live and breathe!
  • Work on Currencycloud candidate experience process and ensure feedback is always given to the candidate
  • Develop a diverse pool of candidates who are not only interested in the market we serve but really believe in our mission and subscribe to our values.
  • Manage candidates throughout the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, from initial outreach/engagement, arranging interviews, offer and onboarding support
  • Utilise channels such as LinkedIn to drive direct hiring and head hunting
  • Focus on improving diversity amongst our Sales and Customer Team departments
  • Support our Talent Acquisition Specialist and Hiring Managers to identify the exact nature of open requirements and brief.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • 6+ months of agency recruitment experience.
  • 6+ months experience in B2B Sales recruitment in the UK market would be desirable.
  • Proven ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, outreach to offer & acceptance.
  • Understanding and appreciation of quality candidate experience and how to continually improve candidate experience.
  • Experience hiring for commercial roles into permanent placements.
  • Flexible and agile mindset to absorb business and Sales language.
  • Skilled in sourcing and engagement with candidates utilising a variety of tools such as LinkedIn.
