Job Description

Our Commercial team is scaling and so our Commercial Operations team must scale too. We are the guardians of the team organisational and operational structure, setting up the client-facing teams for success and enabling them to reach their revenue targets.

This is a rare opportunity to help one of Europe’s fastest-growing fintechs to shape its commercial learning and development curriculum and training plans. Defining the vision for a world-class ‘TrueLayer university’ experience.

Who we are:

At TrueLayer, we’re building a global open banking platform that’s changing how money moves and so much more. We make payments and refunds instant, account data accessible and verification seamless — all so innovators in every industry can build better financial experiences for their users.

To date, we’ve raised $270 million from world-renowned investors including Stripe, Tiger Global, Addition and Tencent. We’ve got offices in London, Milan, Dublin and Sydney. And we’re trusted by industry leaders like Revolut, Cazoo and Trading 212… though we’re not stopping here.

Our vision is a financial system that works for everyone. To make that happen, we’re creating original and innovative products that will remove the friction from finance for good. We’re seriously scaling our infrastructure, we’re entering new territories all the time, we’re cornering a whole new category — and we’d like your help to get us there.

The key areas of focus for this role are:

  • Tech stack: Monitoring and automating our E2E customer process as well as improve CRM hygiene
  • Operations: Provide training and facilitate onboarding for new joiners, write playbooks and guidelines, career and performance management
  • Process optimisation: Ongoing review of our best practices/processes and planning of large-scale or incremental enhancements
  • Performance and Strategy: Designing and implementing accurate, timely, and insightful reports against our target and strategic initiatives and deriving key insights for decision-making
  • As our Commercial Training and Enablement Lead you will be expected to:

    • Completely own the TrueLayer university for Commercial
    • Develop a scalable blended model of eLearning and live courses relevant to all Commercial and also specific needs of individual teams (Marketing, Sales, Integration, CSM)
