TrueLayer’s Talent Acquisition team’s mission is to help the company grow and scale, using their expertise to help identify, attract, and select the very best talent in the market. The Talent Coordinator role is essential in supporting the team throughout the hiring process.

As our Talent Coordinator, you will be the face of TrueLayer with candidates throughout their hiring process ensuring everyone has a fair and seamless experience with us. You will work directly with our People Operations and Talent Acquisition teams taking responsibility for onboarding all of our new employees, scheduling interviews, assisting with visa sponsorships and handling post-offer administration.

As a Talent Coordinator, you will:

  • Support teams making our hiring processes run like clockwork to enable scaling
  • Liaise with candidates to schedule interviews across multiple countries including arranging travel where necessary
  • Update our systems including Greenhouse and AirTable
  • Give candidate feedback following interviews
  • Manage candidates through our interview processes and deliver an exceptional candidate experience
  • Supporting the Talent team with strategic projects

Requirements

What we need from you:

  • Previous experience working within an HR administrative or talent coordination role
  • Experience scheduling interviews and managing a high volume of post-offer administration
  • Ability to develop and implement processes such as relocation and sponsorship guidelines
  • Great multi-tasking and prioritisation skills
  • A strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

Nice to haves:

  • Understanding of contract management systems, HR databases, or ATS software such as Workable, Greenhouse and HiBob
  • Knowledge of visa sponsorship within the UK and Europe
  • Have a passion for fintech and are tech savvy
