As Internal Recruiter at Hofy, you will be pivotal to our growth plans.
- With the support of our Head of Recruitment, source skills to execute and manage global pipelines across Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and more.
- Build and improve our Talent processes, scaling our recruitment infrastructure and learning along the way in a startup that is scaling quickly.
- Drive new applications globally for the roles you're responsible for.
- Build up diverse pipelines of passive candidates using creative sourcing methods and other employer branding initiatives.
- Support and encourage employee referrals.
- Manage the end-to-end pipelines that you are responsible for.
- Understand and improve our diversity metrics.
- 2 years of full lifecycle agency or inhouse recruitment experience.
- Great at building relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience working with technology companies.
- Passionate about sourcing as well as managing relationships with applicants.
- Enjoy the fast-paced environment of a new startup.
- (Desirable) Experience hiring tech roles.
