The Role

As Director of Sales, you will build our presence and market share across EMEA with full management oversight of a B2B SaaS sales team in UKI, SOEU, DACH, NOEU.

You are motivated to help spread our vision of sustainability by building a team and scaling revenues in the region with a reporting line of 4 Head of Sales that cover EMEA and an indirect reporting line of account executives and customer success managers.

This is an exciting leadership role reporting directly to the VP of Global Sales based in London. Your success will be based on building a scalable sales machine winning new enterprise and mid-market customers through a channel and direct sales motion.

You will hire a team of people managers and strategic account executives, inspiring and motivating your team to accelerate revenue growth and customer acquisition.

The role will require significant cross-functional collaboration with marketing to develop key marketing and sales initiatives across the region.

As regional lead you will adopt a data-driven approach to coach teach and develop your sales team on winning outbound and inbound sales strategies aligned, with consultative sales methodologies and processes to build a world-class sales reputation for Infogrid in the region.

What we think you’ll need to be successful:

  • 10+ years people management and leadership experience with track record of exceeding sales targets managing a B2B SaaS sales team selling into enterprise and mid-market customers
  • Strong strategic ability to build a Go-ToMarket strategy for your region forecasting revenues, people headcount and customer segments to target and win
  • Willingness and ability to lead by example engaging CxO of partners and customers to create key channels and lighthouse accounts for the business
  • Respected leader that can manage and coach your team through CRM management/metrics providing timely coaching and feedback on their sales pipeline and funnel to hit peak performance
  • Scrappiness and problem-solving mindset enabling the sales team to win inbound and outbound deals with full accountability to the sales funnel in your region
  • Strategic cross-functional leader that can work with London HQ to inform local market trends, product roadmap and contribute to the vision of the company
  • Practitioner of consultative sales process and methodologies to coach and develop your team towards winning strategies that differentiate your approach in the market
