Lead Talent Partner - Tech & Product (Remote)

Employment type:  Full time

Fully-remote

Job Description

Are you a Recruiter who really wants to make a difference?

Do you have a desire to work with fast scaling tech companies, who are building incredible products?

Do you have a desire to do more than just recruiting candidates into roles?

Scede can offer you the opportunity to do all of the above and so much more. We’re working with some of the fastest scaling companies across the globe. Since 2013 we have partnered with over 70 tech companies, and scaled 13 different Billion Dollar Unicorns, such as Klarna, Trustpilot, Trade Republic and Mollie to name a few.

We’re remote-first, and have been since inception, with currently over 100 team members (Scede’rs) distributed across hubs in the UK, Portugal, Poland and Canada.

Simply put, Scede provides dedicated teams of talent acquisition professionals to fully embed and be in-house talent partners driving both strategic and tactical initiatives to enable our clients to achieve hiring success.

What does this mean to you?

Working within Scede offers so much more than just being a transactional recruiter. We see recruitment as a craft, whether that is being creative with candidate sourcing techniques, utilising data to continuously improve our service, collaborating with colleagues and/or our customers to do things better or shaping the best-in-class processes for both candidates and hiring managers. We adopt an agile approach that enables us to offer pragmatic solutions to our varied customer base.

Requirements

What do we look for?

First and foremost you’re a Technical recruiter and you’re okay being accountable with end-to-end recruitment processes. As a Lead you will have overall accountability of the successful delivery of a client project. In addition, be very comfortable and enjoy partnering with senior stakeholders ensuring hiring success both through consultative strategic impact and tactical delivery.

You’re someone who strives to constantly improve yourself, through self development and collaborating with others. In addition to the recruitment activities, you’re experienced with leading others through regular support, mentoring and/or leadership. Comfortable leading from the front as a player-coach, managing the operational performance of the team and ensuring we live and breathe our values of Continuous Improvement, Effective Communication, Individual Responsibility and Significant Achievement.

You're someone who has the experience and foresight to identify potential issues and challenges and is comfortable making data led decisions providing solutions for the client and the team.

We add value through challenging the status quo, whether that is through process improvement, Tech implementations, Interviewer Training, EVP or DE&I initiatives as a few examples.

The FlexScore® is the result of a rigorous 2-step verification of a company’s flexibility

First we assess the flexibility options Scede provides and then we anonymously survey a statistically significant proportion of their employees to make sure Scede is as flexible as they say they are. Our assessment is based on the six key elements of flexibility: location, hours, autonomy, benefits, role modelling and work-life balance.

We ask the hard questions so you don’t have to.
