Role overview

As a result of continued growth we’re looking to hire an experienced Account Supervisor into our New York team. Reporting into one of our Account Directors, you will work on the management and delivery of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and broader marketing programs for a mix of B2B clients.

As an Account Supervisor at Agent3, you will:

  • Independently manage client projects from end-to-end, bringing team members from different specialisms together, and managing competing client requests, to deliver impactful programs on time and on budget
  • Be a key point of contact for the client, offering them support and consultancy
  • Work closely with the senior team to spot new opportunities and to deliver on client growth plans, delivering on project proposals and budgets
  • Diligently track and manage project finances
  • Manage and mentor more junior team members to help them deliver their best work

As an Account Supervisor at Agent3, you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years of client-facing delivery, ideally in a B2B marketing agency
  • Hands-on experience of running effective ABM, executive and stakeholder engagement and/or lead-generation campaigns - we’re particularly looking for experience of working closely with content teams and a good working knowledge of digital activation
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisation and project management skills, with the ability to juggle and prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
  • The communication skills to build strong relationships with clients and to bring together internal teams to deliver amazing work
  • A commercial mindset, with the ability to spot and act on new business opportunities
