About the role...

This is a new addition to the team, being an integral member who will be focusing on Talent Acquisition for 1-2 business units and being the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on HRIS and C&B in APAC.

You will be working closely with many teams across the organisation to ensure success of our people. You will need to be highly collaborative to be successful.

The Details...

  • 50 % Talent Acquisition
  • - Support the growth of the business via inbound leads (e.g., direct applicants) or via recruiting tools (e.g. LinkedIn)

    - Build up a pipeline of candidates across the region for strategic growth

    - Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment throughout the interview process

    - Continuous process improvement with emphasis on efficiency and efficacy

    - Part of the global talent team to improve employer value proposition and recruitment strategy

  • 25% HRIS
  • - Automate processes to ensure good user experience throughout the life cycle of users

    - Advocate and train users on self-service

    - Part of the global people team to map out process flow and standard operating procedures

    - Ensure user details are updated promptly and customize reports for reporting

  • 25% Compensation & Benefits
  • - Conduct salary benchmarking and leveling in APAC

    - Lead strategic C&B initiatives across APAC

    - Assume C&B administration until the Office Manager comes on board

Skills Knowledge & Expertise

  • Proven experience in direct recruitment
  • Experience in using at least 2 different types of HRIS (plus if with Sage HR)
  • Experience in salary benchmarking (plus if with WTW)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Believes that Together Everyone Achieves More
  • Strong adaptability skills (startup/high growth)
  • Tech Savvy
