Flexa is the global directory of verified flexible companies.

We have over 650,000 users all over the world, work with 160+ companies, and we have recently closed our £2.3m Seed Round… Now, we are looking for a fantastic SDR to join our team and help to bring new companies into our pipeline.

The role 🙋🏻♀️
You will be responsible for reaching out to potential prospects via email and LinkedIn to encourage them to book meetings with our Sales team. This is a first step into sales, working with our brilliant team to grow Flexa, and progress in your own career!
The key attributes that we will be looking for in applicants 🔑
Communication Skills - professionalism, friendliness and an engaging writing style that will make companies want to join Flexa.
Autonomy and independence - owning your responsibilities and using your initiative and problem solving abilities.
Hunger and drive - we need someone who wants to hit targets as quickly as possible. You will be rewarded for this, and given increasing responsibility as you achieve your goals.

Experience in outbound; it would be amazing if you’ve been involved in outreach campaigns in the past (extra bonus points if this was in HRTech)
You have a network in the world of Talent Acquisition / Human Resources
You aren’t afraid to get stuck into tasks that may be outside of the remit of a “traditional” SDR
Experience in a start-up would be highly advantageous, but by no means essential
