Hofy is redefining the way organisations oversee their remote and hybrid workplaces. We centralise and automate workplace management processes so businesses can focus on what they do best! We're now looking for a Senior Product Manager to take the Hofy platform to the next level.
In short:
- Remote - GMT +/- 3hrs - Reporting to the Head of Product
- Deliver an exceptional and beautiful product experience that’s the first of its kind.
- Work with an Engineering and Leadership team that truly values product management so you will have support for your work
About the role
- Defining our immediate roadmap and setting up, measuring and driving key performance indicators
- You gain a deep understanding of our customers in order to turn high-level product goals into pithy requirements documents.
- Define the key performance indicators, set up real-time reporting, and constantly monitor performance to ensure we are making improvements
- Keep on top of operational and financial requirements which could enhance or hinder the product and customer experience
About you
- You have at least 4 years of experience in product management.
- You’re technically-minded and have a sixth-sense for customer needs
- You are an exceptional communicator, written and verbal, and can brilliantly organise information
- Ability to present ideas effectively through basic mockups and wireframes
- Work well with engineers, designers, founders, and customers in a way that instills trust
- Be commercially savvy and happy to roll your sleeves up and make things happen
