Our awesome Finance Team, led by our amazing CFO, consists of experienced professionals, who together are responsible for the smooth running of the Finance function at Form3. A close-knit team with great experiences, connections and big ambitions!


The Tax Manager position is a wide-ranging role that will involve a mix of advisory work, tax compliance, tax reporting, business partnering and project work.

You will be an integral part of supporting Form3 as we grow the business and expand internationally.

Main Responsibilities

Ownership and management of compliance/planning processes for direct and indirect taxes, including preparation and/or review of CIT returns and VAT/GST returns

  • Supporting the establishment of new legal entities in the UK and internationally
  • Developing transfer pricing policies and documentation, and intercompany billing processes
  • Preparing/reviewing specific tasks such as R&D claims
  • Share option filing
  • Responsible for the Group’s tax reporting and forecasting
  • Supporting legal and sales teams with deal-specific tax advice as necessary
  • Keeping up to date with changes in legislation in the UK and internationally, and assessing the impact on the business
  • Ad hoc project work as required e.g., M&A support, system integrations, etc.


  • Professionally qualified accountant or tax adviser (ACA/ACCA/CTA)
  • International experience is a bonus
  • Knowledge of direct and indirect taxes, and employment taxes
  • Knowledge of transfer pricing principles and their application
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with people at all levels both internally and externally, and across departments
  • High level of attention to detail
