Are you an Engineering Estimator with experience in the CNC Machining Industry? Are you looking for an opportunity to apply and continue to develop your experience in a fast-paced team driven environment within a company that is revolutionising the manufacturing industry? Don't miss your chance to be considered for this fantastic opportunity!

Who are CloudNC?

CNC machines are responsible for producing more than $120BN worth of metal components every year, serving every manufacturing vertical from motorsport parts in Formula 1 to satellites in space.

Despite this, the software used to control these CNC machines are stuck in the dark ages. It can require hours (sometimes days) of manual instruction by a skilled programmer before a component can be produced.

Enter CloudNC! Located in London & Chelmsford, we're pioneers in revolutionising the manufacturing industry. Combining technology and manufacturing; we’re building the world’s most intelligent factory, powered by ground breaking technology.

What's it like to work together?

We're an ambitious company, building a fast paced factory to give our customers the best experience, so this means our production teams are onsite in our Chelmsford factory. We operate a continuous improvement environment whereby we reflect on what we're doing and why and challenge our previous ideas and experiences within manufacturing. We're a progressive team in our factory who help one another and recognise other teams that unblock us and/or support the other to move fast and maintain excellent quality for our customers. Our software engineers are often onsite to collaborate and understand your experiences, requirements, challenges and specialist knowledge.

We have 80+ people, so we're still learning and building different things from the ground up organisationally, technically and operationally. However, we're experienced enough to have structures and robust processes to support greater efficiency, collaboration and success! There is always opportunity to shape the company with your thoughts and feedback whether it's through our All Hands questions/polls, 'Ask Me Anything' time, Peakon platform, open door time, focus groups or our inclusion and diversity network. Our onboarding scores are 9+/10 and you'll have a dedicated buddy to connect and share your experiences together, and the People Team are fully dedicated to ensure you're able to hit the ground running.

Our Values

We discussed what motivates teams, what great leadership looks like, and why someone would join us, in an inclusion and diversity workshop with many of our teams. We also discussed our culture at length as a leadership team. We decided our values should be simple but effective at representing what it's like at CloudNC, what gets you recognised and enables you to succeed.
