The Internal Communications Lead will design, develop, and implement an internal communications strategy and execution across all internal audiences. Partner, provide guidance and act as a sounding board and source of communications expertise for senior leaders, people leaders and key workstreams to deliver high quality content and messaging.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of our internal communications strategy, bringing to life our sense of purpose for our people
  • Be responsible for providing strategic internal communications consultancy and project support for key business leaders with a particular focus on continuing to drive trust and credibility in our leadership through authentic communications
  • Ensure leaders understand the strategy and plan, working proactively with senior executives to embed the business strategy and vision
  • Move employee communications from ‘good’ to ‘great’, delivering the quality approach that underpins our authentic values and behaviours
  • Lead and oversee our change programs, D&I and culture, people management cascade, SLG briefings and a program of interactions between our people and our leaders
  • Initiate and create innovative employee communications content for use internally including, blogs, videos, and infographics for distribution through appropriate channels including online and internal Town Halls and briefings
  • Support the business crisis communications efforts as required


  • 8+ years’ experience in B2B internal communications ideally within the financial services and/or software market
  • Significant knowledge and experience in planning, managing and delivering international communication strategies and plans
  • Excellent copywriting, editing and proof reading skills with good grammar and literacy
