THE ROLE

In the role as Strategy Analyst – Online Merchandising, you will report to the Senior Strategy Manager – Online Merchandising to support on strategic commercial projects and analyses focused on Online Merchandising. Beyond discrete projects, you will support on rigorous analyses, insights, and strategy setting to take the team beyond the functional, brainstorming and implementing ways to re-think and improve the way we approach Online Merchandising today.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Independently scope and implement Online Merchandising strategic projects, managing workstreams across analytics, product, content, ops, marketing, data science, and tech
  • Develop strategic and execution plans for processes including supply strategy for Preorder, optimization and increased targeting of our curation strategy, and increasing Newness GTV
  • Support the team with diagnostic insights to support trade decisions
  • Help form the important bridge between art and science within Commercial, partnering with departments across the business

WHO YOU ARE

  • Commercially-minded thinker with an emphasis on operational excellence and continuous improvement, comfortable scoping work focus and committed to finding a solution to complex problems
  • Developed understanding of broader fashion landscape, luxury industry, brands, and trends
  • Expertise to work collaboratively and lead projects across teams
  • Advanced Excel (can perform complex functions) essential
  • Some work experience in a strategic role, with a background in an internal Strategy function or Consulting
