The Role

The Infogrid mission is a lofty one, and as the founding leader of Infogrid’s Sales Development Representative (SDR) team, you will be a key sales leader in the business.

Your work will extend from defining outbound sales processes to coaching your team of SDRs to generate new business opportunities and create a pipeline for account executives to close.

You will run a team of SDRs in the UK that will serve as the blueprint for our global SDR strategy and collaborate closely with marketing and sales to ensure the team is hitting its goals and creating a high quality pipeline that will convert.

You will report directly to the VP of Global Sales based in London and be a member of the sales management team in-region.

What we think you'll need to be successful

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in sales management or SDR sales management
  • Ability to coach SDRs to drive pipeline creation in inbound and outbound fields
  • Ability to coach SDRs on sales communication best practices / MEDDIC qualification on how to expertly handle a first conversation with a customer to build high quality connections for AEs
  • Create processes on how to work with outbound technology like Hubspot and Cognism to leverage technology that will help your team to hit goal
  • Forecast monthly opportunities to ensure the sales team can hit its opportunity target monthly
  • Regularly report on key individual and team metrics to identify strengths and areas for improvement
  • Identify and hire new SDRs to build a top performing sales team
