Hofy are looking for a Recruitment Sourcer to join their team.
Location: London; or Remote (within the UK or plus/minus 3 hours of UK timezone)

- Find exceptional tech talent for our live roles.
- Take role briefings, design job specs, and build strong partnerships with our recruitment team.
- Interview a range of high quality candidates across product and engineering.
- Utilise a range of tools to proactively engage candidates (LinkedIn, Otta, Teamtailor etc.).
- Conduct market mapping to identify where top talent resides internationally.
- Create an exceptional experience for candidates.
- Promote Hofy’s Employee Referral scheme, helping employees identify talent across their networks.
- Fully versed in the latest sourcing tools and techniques.
- An expert interviewer with the ability to sell Hofy’s culture and product.
- Proven experience with ATS’s / Recruitment software.
- Highly organised, delivery focussed, and data driven.
- A brilliant relationship builder - open and honest you are comfortable giving and receiving feedback and love to collaborate.
- You’re not afraid to take on challenges and have a solution mindset.
- You love working in teams and developing others.
