  • Our approach reimagines volunteering. We match employees with unique skills-based volunteering opportunities at exciting non-profits and startups.

  • We’ve experienced fantastic traction since launch in 2019 and are currently onboarding some of the UK’s biggest and most innovative companies, with the aim of delivering over £420m of value via 600,000 hours to organisations changing the world over the next 5 years.

  • We're launching the next version of our platform in Q3 2021 and are excited to be taking Matchable to the next level by scaling our client base, becoming a brand recognised for the quality of our projects, the quality of our service and our game-changing work!

⚒️  THE JOB AND YOUR MISSION

  • The ultimate goal of your role is to grow our amazing network of impact organisations and ensure that we always have a great selection of innovative and high impact projects to match with our volunteers. As the first point of call for our non-profit and startup clients, this role is critical to our growth.

  • This role will cover three core areas:

    • Outreach, onboarding and pipeline management: You will be the person building our impact organisation pipeline - sourcing, curating and selecting our impact organisations, explaining what Matchable does and how we can help them through calls and F2F meetings. You will ensure a smooth onboarding process and be set targets to grow the number of projects submitted each month.

    • Customer relationship management: You will be the first point of contact for all of our impact organisations and will be the person responsible for making sure their needs are met and they are nurtured in a way that encourages them to submit projects with us. You’ll also be collecting feedback on an ongoing basis, and working closely with the other members of the team to improve our service.

    • Experimentation and testing new approaches to source projects: You will think strategically about how best to source projects and how to increase volume as we scale. You will work closely with the Client Engagement Lead, Head of Ops and CTO to analyse volunteer and project data to ensure that project supply matches volunteer demand without compromising on our ethos - to provide what our impact organisations need and never create additional work for them.

  • Generally, you’ll be happy to get stuck into any task and support the other teams when needed, becoming a key part of team Matchable!

  • We’re growing quickly and we want you to grow with us. If you show your hunger and drive to succeed there will be an opportunity to  to progress fast within the company and grow into an Impact Organisation Lead role
