About the Role

As a Project Manager in the Professional Services team, you will be part of the customer’s entire onboarding journey from solution scoping where you will provide risk and delivery analysis to ensuring a smooth Go-Live and eventual handover to our Customer Success team after they are live on our platform. You will manage delivery timelines, budget, and ensure project team members are in sync throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Your Day-to-Day Life

  • Act as a point of delivery expertise, inputting to project scopes, involving all relevant stakeholders to ensure the feasibility of delivery
  • Ensure accurate resource availability and allocation
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans to track progress
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks report and escalating to management as needed
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Manage projects to ensure delivery on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Ensure all the aims of the project are met
  • Ensure project quality standards are met
  • Use appropriate techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Act as a PM point of expertise for other team members
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Ensure a process of continuous improvement to drive PM best practice
  • Drive consultancy utilisation to target

About You

  • Technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software implementation and web technologies a plus
  • Experience with Waterfall and Agile Project Management
  • Proven experience delivering projects to external stakeholders
  • At least 1 year in a similar role
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience gathering and documenting requirements from the client and presenting project status to stakeholders
  • Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across, and down multiple business and technology organisations
  • Strong multi-tasking and problem solving skills
  • Experience giving both positive and constructive feedback
  • Completely invested in driving both individual contributor and team success
  • Desire to work in the tech industry with a growing company
  • Excellent organisational, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Focused on driving a team to collective lead generation quotas/goals
  • Ability to create and track individual and team metrics
  • Creative self-starter

Ideally you’ll have

  • PMP / PRINCE II certification
