Senior Product Manager - International (Cross Currency)

THE TEAM

Our awesome Product Team consists of experienced Product Managers, Business Analysts, a Technical Writer, Front-End Developers and a Product Designer who together are responsible for creating real-time cutting-edge payment technology products for FinTechs and banks alike. These teams are self-governing, providing a really cool opportunity for Product Managers to work with our engineers to leverage the very best and latest tools, techniques, languages and methods to deliver fantastic products for our customers.

THE ROLE

This is an exciting new position within our International Product Team offering a fantastic opportunity to shape, deliver and manage Form3’s Cross Currency product. You will provide solutions for new and prospective customers that are growing their international payments offering and in turn, contribute towards the future growth of Form3 and its international expansion. A big focus will be building positive and meaningful relationships with our partners in delivering the initial product and developing a the Cross Currency strategy to include new features and propositions.

• Deliver Form3’s international payments (FX) product.
• Work closely with the wider product team; Business Analyst’s, Product Managers and Engineers
• Lead the requirements, design, development and testing of the product.
• Take ownership of the commercialisation and customer proposition.
• Create and own the business case and P&L.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years experience as a Product Manager/Owner
• Experience with cross border payments - FX
• Experience of working with API development and / or Greenfield projects
• End-to-end Product Management experience (strategy, design, road mapping, testing, to rolling the products out)
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong leadership skills and confidence leading a product and team
