11:FS is on a mission to change the fabric of financial services. Our Consulting & Research practice builds challenger propositions globally, like we did for Natwest with Mettle. Our Pulse team creates a benchmarking tool used by the likes of Monzo, Starling, Natwest and Tesco Bank. Our Foundry team are delivering a Financial Services Operating System to help businesses quickly add financial services to their offering. On top of all of that, we’re a media company, generating content that supports our brand and changes the conversation - not necessarily in that order.

Lead Brand Designer

We are looking for a talented brand designer to join our team and work on marketing projects and brand properties and marketing channels. You will bring creative ideas and amazing design skills to the team and help elevate our brand and communications through beautiful as well as functional design.

Who is the 11:FS Marketing Team?

Connecting customer problems to 11:FS solutions is what our marketing team is all about. As a small team of experts in performance, content, social, design, copy and strategy, we punch above our weight. We work across all channels, products and functions, to build our community and help drive lead generation for the business. And we get to work closely with some of the smartest people in fintech, so we’re constantly learning and developing along the way.

Who are we looking for?

  • You have a few years start-up, agency, studio or in-house experience where you have: 
  • Has at least 3 years of brand or visual design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing their work.
  • Is a thoughtful communicator who works well with teams and is comfortable sharing and articulating their design decisions.
  • Is comfortable balancing multiple projects at a time.
  • Has strong illustration skillsHas some experience in Motion Design, including use of After Effects and Cinema 4D (a nice to have but not mandatory).
  • Is motivated to improve how we design at 11:FS, from leveling up our visuals to improving our process and culture.

What will you be doing here?

  • Help refine and evolve our brand identity to maintain a consistent style that scales across all internal and external systems and touchpoints. 
  • Bring ideas to life through visually compelling stories, create concepts for campaigns, initiatives, reports, etc. and ensure they tie into the master brand.
  • Act as internal design studio for sales collateral to ensure all content, decks, pitches, etc. that go out the door reflects our brand and expertise.
  • Be a brand guardian, and ensure we stick to all design best-practices and fundamentals.
  • Support members of the marketing & media design team with skill-sharing and mentorship.
  • Managing and scheduling projects for the design team and setting expectations for deadlines and deliverables
  • Developing your own voice as a designer. With opportunities to contribute articles, appear on YouTube shows or podcasts as you progress in your career, boosting your profile in the industry and helping to promote Design at 11:FS
