Job Description

As the SaaS space expands, there’s more potential than ever for growing software companies.

Having a great product is only part of the journey. B2B SaaS companies today face endless competition, live or die by customer acquisition costs, have to earn customer loyalty every day, need to operate across borders, and must navigate increasingly complex regulations.

Our all-in-one platform is purpose-built for modern SaaS execution and already powers growth for over 2000 software companies, globally. Our Revenue Delivery Platform integrates checkout, payment, and subscription management, making it easy for businesses to activate new business models, enter new markets, turn on new offerings, and renew subscriptions without friction and we handle compliance globally, so our Sellers always operate with full integrity.

The role:

As the Digital Marketing Manager you will be planning, organising and executing marketing campaigns programs and marketing plans for multi-touch, multi-dimensional programmes, including both inbound and outbound tactics to meet pipeline targets. You will have influence over our company’s sales success and significant opportunity for personal growth and career development.

To be successful in this role, you should have a background in SaaS, excellent communication and writing skills and willingness to roll up your sleeves. In this role you will be creating demand generation assets, running experiments, maintaining email marketing, writing, editing and optimising content/copy, and using data to plan and improve campaigns.

What you'll do:

  • Developing effective demand generation campaigns and optimising marketing activities across all digital channels
  • Manage the production of digital ad copy, email copy, and other demand-generation assets and ensuring each asset meets the Paddle quality bar
  • Helping develop engaging online content including videos and graphics and monitor success
  • Creating and managing webinars and online events
  • Analysing marketing data, reporting weekly on all marketing activities and developing new activities based on results data to rapidly increase effectiveness

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • Solid experience in digital marketing in the SaaS industry
  • Experience executing campaigns across a variety of channels including ads, email, web, social, sales, and webinar events.
  • Strong writing skills
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation, CRM tools, and website analytics (Salesforce + HubSpot + Google Analytics).
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and data
  • Experience collaborating across multiple internal teams and departments and building effective relationships
  • A bias for action, results and delivery, with a high-quality bar
  • Paid media (PCC, Social) experience is a plus
