Job Description
What skills will I need? 📋
- Success in this role is all about team work and having the passion to excel your career.
- Previous experience in a sales / customer service role.
- Great communication – you thrive on building strong relationships and our customers will just LOVE speaking with you.
- Empathy and understanding - to assist customers and troubleshoot issues, to get the best out of using the CircleLoop product.
- Ability to use a range of questioning techniques, including listening and responding to ensure the product is understood and the right solution for the customer.
- Logical and methodical problem-solving skills.
- An understanding of Cloud based telecommunications & the telecoms industry is desirable.
- You’ll be friendly and outgoing by nature.
- Highly organised – with the ability to work using your own initiative.
Full product training on CircleLoop will of course be provided!
