Mission Labs are looking for a Customer Success Executive: Sales to join their team.
Making contact with customers during their initial 7 day free trial of our product via outbound calls. This must be achieved in a friendly and professional manner for our customers and partners.
Outbound calling should be second nature and circa 60 outbound calls per day will be expected, alongside the ability to update our internal CRM in a timely and accurate manner (don't worry - none of these calls are cold calls!!)
Producing & monitoring sales emails including following up emails with customers you are unable to contact.
Use our CRM and sales support software tools including Hubspot and our internal CRM Super to assist customers and utilise these to enhance the customers onboarding experience (full training will be given)
Achieve agreed KPI targets
