Canda are looking for a Talent Manager to join their team.
We are pretty open minded but we think this will suit someone who is an expert at what they do but need flexibility in their working pattern. We’re looking for someone who wants to work part-time or perhaps around school hours.
The qualifications & experiences below are just a guide and we’d love to hear from candidates with less or more experience, provided the requisite skills can be demonstrated.
3 years+ experience in in-house recruitment.
A genuine passion for what you do and a positive mental attitude towards work.
A working knowledge across the Talent Acquisition lifecycle (EVP, Branding, Recruitment Process, tools & tech etc)
An affinity for innovation and scaling businesses in the start-up ecosystem
Ability to work on various open roles & talent projects simultaneously and to manage conflicting priorities and different stakeholders.
An inquisitive mindset that always seeks improvement, whether that's to do with optimising processes, or fuelling your personal growth.
Experience directly sourcing exceptional candidates relevant/similar to our business, running campaigns and managing social.
Proactive to deliver in a fast-paced environment & an “over communicator”
