Job Description

What we're looking for

We have huge plans for rolling out our cabin's across the UK and you will be a huge part of making sure all the i's are dotted and t's are crossed. As Cabin Operations Associate you will be working with our Head of Operations to perfect the rollout process of each new cabin & keeping us on pace for our cabin targets.

We have ambitious growth and cabin targets to hit which means you'll be figuring out systems, managing suppliers & local cleaning teams so that every cabin is perfect & guest-ready.

You'll work closely with our guest experience team to make sure our guests leave the cabin thinking WOW that was incredible and telling everyone they know they HAVE to try Unplugged.

Be prepared to occasionally get your hands dirty, literally.

Responsibilities

Sourcing new partners and suppliers - each location we launch needs a cleaning team and suppliers for things like gas and firewood
Managing existing partner/supplier relationships - you'll ensure our suppliers know what we need and when
Developing and managing our stock calendar - you'll know we're going to run out of something before we do - and will ensure it never does!
Be forward thinking & creative in the systems and processes we implement - we're a young company and thrive on improving the way things are done
Managing suppliers & local cleaning teams
Ensuring our cabins are stocked and guest ready
Be creative in implementing systems to manage stock & operations
Help develop & implement experiences that WOW our guests

Requirements

1+ years experience working in operations

Entrepreneurial problem-solving mindset

Proven record of implementing & improving operational processes

You're a natural at building rapport with people

You're exceptionally well organised

You enjoy the fast-paced nature of start-up life and the challenges it can throw at you
