The Role

We're currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our People and Culture team! The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will provide effective support to ScreenCloud’s recruitment activity by researching and maintaining active candidate pipelines for all open roles, as well as proactively maintaining a passive talent pool for potential future positions. This individual will understand the shifting needs of the business as we continue to grow and help us to effectively resource permanent and contract/project needs.

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will attend briefings with the Talent Manager, conduct early stage interviews, manage candidate experience, proudly represent our culture, brand and values and arrange and coordinate interviews.

Responsibilities

  • Actively sourcing for open positions within all four of our hub locations (LA, London, Belfast and Bangkok) across all departments (engineering, product, marketing, sales, finance etc.)
  • Candidate attraction utilising a range of sources including but not limited to LinkedIn Recruiter, meetups, networking and referrals.
  • Researching and planning the consistently best sources for candidate outreach, internationally
  • Ensure positive candidate experience is maintained at all times
  • Work with the wider People team to support the business on People team projects and OKRs as necessary
  • Build relationships with internal management and leadership to provide a positive hiring experience
  • Collaborate With the Talent Manager on process systems and Employer brand projects

Requirements

  • Some established experience in a sourcer or recruitment coordinator position (either in-house or in an agency)
  • Experience using LinkedIn and/or other social media to proactively approach and hire both active and passive candidates
  • Ability to design effective boolean searches
  • Experience conducting recruiter screening calls
  • Ability to think creatively about sourcing candidates (ie: in addition to and outside of ‘obvious’ places)
  • Ability to run sourcing experiments to test, learn and iterate across skill sets and our international talent pools, tailoring approaches for maximum impact
  • Ability to adapt and cope well with continuous change
  • Good with numbers with a demonstrable ability to use data
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong communicator, both verbally and written

  • Experience recruiting across a full range of job types, from sales to tech and everything in between
