Job Description
THE TEAM
This role will be part of Form3’s Business Process team and will work with teams across the business, reporting into our Business Process Manager.
THE ROLE
This role will be key in the implementation and detailing of our business systems, documenting requirements and organise data and information flows across the different systems, aligned with the business processes.
Key activities:
- Evaluate existing business systems: mapping the information and data relationship flowing across different business systems, ensuring consistency and identifying the impact of changes.
- Document and prioritise requirements: gather requirements with the stakeholders for system changes prioritising the requirements and identifying the success criteria.
- Detail requirements for implementation: detail through diagrams and workflows as well as user stories the requirements to be implemented in each system, translating the user requirements into functionality and technical requirements for developers or integrators.
- Testing and training: identify testing scenarios and prepare UAT for changes and implementation proposed, organise and compile UAT feedback. Provide training for users into the features and systems.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are recruiting for a Business Systems Analyst to assess every aspect of our daily business operations. Working in this position, you will examine existing and new systems for improvement, report common issues, evaluate company performance, and recommend new system procedures. Confidence and communication skills are essential as you will be working across all business functions alongside both technical and non-technical people to review and improve existing processes through automation, introduce new ones and provide training when required.
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:
- Experience with CRM (SalesForce), ERP (Netsuite) and other business systems (Incident Management Systems, HR Systems) preferred.
- Proficient in Office365.
- Demonstrated analytical skills, work with data to assess situations and take appropriate action.
- Aptitude to learn and adapt with a creative approach to problem solving in a fast-moving environment.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player.
