As Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Form3, you will report directly to our CEO and join as the newest member of our Management Team. You will build and lead a team to drive our marketing strategy in the short, medium and long-term, playing a critical role in Form3’s global expansion.
As Form3’s first CMO, this role will be both strategic and hands on, taking ownership of all the areas within marketing. Role/responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Define and implement the company’s long-term global marketing and communication strategy.
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for entering new geographies/markets (global expansion) and new product launches.
- Build, manage and oversee a motivated and high-performing marketing team on a global scale.
- Manage the marketing budget and capacity planning within the team.
- Own and champion Form3’s brand and story.
- Utilise technology, digital expertise and data to promote innovation and uphold robust marketing capability, ensuring Form3 can continue to champion our customer’s experience.
- Ensure Form3’s message is distributed consistently to our target audience through world-class content and campaign creation, increasing inbound enquiries and revenue generation.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a marketing leader who has experience growing high-performing marketing teams within a start-up or scale-up environment. The ideal candidate would have worked in tech-first companies who sell directly to highly regulated markets, ideally the Banking/Financial Institutes market segment. We’re looking for an experienced CMO with a breadth of experience across all areas of marketing who can confidently build and own Form3’s long term marketing strategy.
- Operated at CMO level for a FinTech/tech-first company, through a period of significant growth (ideally start-up, pre series C funding)
- Worked in a tech-first (modern technologies) company, within an Enterprise Sales business.
- Marketed to Banks and/or Financial Institutions, with understanding of risk, regulation, digital transformation.
- International marketing experience, hands on exposure to building and executing marketing strategies across the globe.
- Experience transforming a brand to fit a global audience.
- Have managed and grown distributed (remote) marketing teams across the globe.
- Have a personal brand within the technology/fintech space and a keen interest in representing Form3 on social media, across events etc.
