THE TEAM

Our awesome Product Team consists of experienced Product Managers, Business Analysts, a Technical Writer, Front-End Developers and a Product Designer who together are responsible for creating real-time cutting-edge payment technology products for FinTechs and banks alike. These teams are self-governing, providing a really cool opportunity for Product Managers to work with our engineers to leverage the very best and latest tools, techniques, languages and methods to deliver fantastic products for our customers. THE ROLE

This is an exciting new role offering a fantastic opportunity to play a business-critical role and really contribute to the success of Form3! As our Head of Product Operations, you will help shape how our business balances its agility with scaling, whilst capturing and articulating our identity by sharing our internal best practices to propel Form3 to a new level of success. Working across all of our development and DevSecOps teams you will be involved in projects including new markets, new payment schemes, new functional builds, existing scaling products as well as the broader technology platform and shared services.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Significant experience in:

• Payments schemes, banking, financial services 
• Managing delivery co-ordination across agile teams
• Sharing best practice methodology
• Creation and delivery of reporting and insight frameworks
• A range of delivery and project/sprint methodologies Agile, Kanban, Scrum, Waterfall – most importantly a deep understanding of the limitations and opportunities these offer to enable creative development of an approach that works for Form3.
• Articulation of aggregated organisational level roadmaps and dependencies
