The role:

As Infogrid grows we need to offer our customers great support as part of the core product. Our customers range from small housing associations to some of the largest corporations globally, and their ability to gain insight into their buildings by using our sensors is key to helping them run efficient systems and reduce their environmental impact.

This role will be one of the first people in Customer Success, meaning that you would be a big part of establishing our Customer Success function and involved in defining the Infogrid best practice. It also means that you will be involved in everything post-sales (Onboarding, Installations, Support, Reporting, Renewals).

You will be the true Customer evangelist, as comfortable in front of customers as you are in data and processes.

What we think you would need to be successful

  • A passion for dealing working with people (customers)
  • Experience triaging customer enquiries (support, technical, product, sales, etc.)
  • Interested in tech and not afraid to get stuck into our hardware
  • Experience working in a B2B environment (ideally enterprise)
  • Good organisation skills - need to coordinate installations and onboarding
  • Process improvement mindset - how can you make tomorrow better than today?
