Juro has big ambitions: replace MS Word as the default way to handle agreements. And we're going to need a lot of help doing it.

We need to build a strong pipeline to achieve our growth targets. To help us do that, we're looking for a Business Development Representative eager to learn and, with time, grow into our next Account Executive.

This role is a great chance for someone early or new to sales who wants to learn as much as possible in an environment where you'll have a tangible impact on the whole company.

๐ŸŒ  Your mission

You will identify and qualify sales leads by being an exceptional first point of contract for the client. As the gatekeeper for Juro, your mission is to spot opportunities for Juro to tackle the kinds of fundamental problems that keep our customers up at night. This means:

- Consistently hit your target number of sales opportunities each month.

- Own multi-channel outreach and run rigorous qualification of prospects through discovery calls.

- Be super active prospecting the market and leading contacts.

- You have a desire to build a career in sales for yourself.

- The way you communicate is concise, focused and to-the-point.

- You are comfortable with a high level of sales-focused activity day-to-day (this can mean making 40+ calls and 40+ emails a day).

- You approach failure and rejection (a staple in Sales) as an opportunity to learn, reflect on your way of doing things constantly and are committed to improving.

- You use your own initiative to drive towards your targets rather than waiting around for someone to give you direction.

Bonus points if:

- You already have some experience in Sales โ€“ย be it in tech, retail, or anywhere else.
